I bring to the table, 25 years of diverse experience across 3 broad areas - Financial Services, Technology and Entrepreneurship. As consultant, I help companies look at the big picture, identify and remove blind spots/roadblocks, increase operational efficiency and change management of new processes, software and other transformations.As a Charter Member of TiE Singapore, founding member of Advisory Board Center and Board member on a few startups, I am a dedicated entrepreneur and investor, backing startups that tackle pressing global issues such as sustainable, scalable nutrition alternatives, and assistive technology for those with disabilities.To give back to the game that I love, I am currently spearheading efforts to promote golf, remove the elitist perception from sponsors’ minds, and provide competitive playing opportunities particularly among women and individuals with disabilities, through his UnExcluded Series. These tournaments aim to provide inclusive and empowering experiences, specifically targeting girls from India and Southeast Asia, as well as visually impaired golfers.Collaborating closely with Enable India, a Bengaluru-based NGO and SGEnable in Singapore, I am actively raising awareness about disability inclusion in the corporate sector. Beyond only creating mainstream employment opportunities for people with disabilities, plans are also to establish a philanthropic fund to support assistive technology startups and disabled founders. Through these endeavours, I hope to ensure everyone has equal access to sports and employment opportunities, making them truly 'UnExcluded’.
