Led the development and successful launch of YellowG, a Knowledge Search and Automation platform), driving its adoption across APAC and North America. YellowG improved automated resolution rates to +80%. Launched Komodo-7B, an industry first Indonesia focused LLM which beats other GPT-4, Claude Opus and other state of the art models in Bahasa and 11 other regional Indonesian languages. This includes open-sourcing the base model for public reviewal and benchmarking.
