Friendly Body is a mobile App offering personalized daily exercises and longer training sessions that are taylored to the user using AI.Exercices are provided by teachers who are retributed when their exercices are viewed and used by the community, and will later be generated by an AI.The goal of the App is to focus on physical comfort in everyday life.

Victor and Germaine is a restaurant concept around Chef Olivier Mainfray's recipes. We strive to work with the most organic and local ingredients possible. We push perfectionism so far as to make our own mayonnaise, pastries, and sometimes even our own bread and vinegar.Our burgers follow a "world cuisine" tradition: from an Italian with a truffle-smoked risotto patty to a Malian with peanut, passing through an Alsatian with caramelized onions on a potato Rösti...I started collaborating on this project by tasting the chef's recipes and analyzing his business plan, then working in the kitchen while supervising the website and social media pages.We also developed a BtoB partnership to sell our made-in-house vegan patties to retailers in France, using the Salesforce CRM to fuel our business.In December 2020, I became a partner in the project until 2023 when we resold the company.

This second career came quickly and soon became one of my specialties for clients.
