Key actor in industrial hardware and retail supplies. - Identify/develop and follow European Vendor key accounts (Kingfisher: B&Q, Castorama Opcos /Leroy Merlin/Saint-Gobain…)- Manage Western and Chinese teams- Introduce product lines for garments, hand tools and hardware fields- Set up cost structure, proposals and presentation to sourcing and buyers- Handle registration process and negotiations (rebates, compensation, cost price increase…) and set up agreements- Develop merchandising solutions (display, packaging) and specific OEM product lines within design & engineering/production departments- Management of 2 innovative product lines: marketing plan, team coordination from design to commercial launching, media plan and communication (brochures, International fairs, emailing, advertisements)

- Plan and set-up 3 national direct marketing campaigns, development of promotional actions and realization of sale tools - Manage the operational contacts with communication agencies, external consultancy and suppliers- Prepare and follow-up budget - Collaborate with market studies: set-updashboards (follow up of Invests & Performances) - Analysis and recommendations- Manage products life cycle- Train and present to medical sales networks (300 people)

Mission of marketing studies:- Participate to the commercial proposal - Set up and roll-out the questionnaire (150 targets in 1 month)- Analyze, code and interprete the results- Consolidate and present the report to the final customer
