I am a passionate data scientist and an analytical entrepreneur. I support companies in prototyping advanced data analytics solutions, tailored to their needs, and coach data science teams. I am also an invited lecturer at the Université catholique de Louvain (Belgium), where I teach a course on Data Science to applied math engineering students.My background is a PhD in Applied Mathematics, in which I developed network mining algorithms to analyze large networks. Most of the applications of my work were in the telecom industry, where I worked in partnership with operators such as AT&T and Orange.I have experience in start-up environments, having been a founding member of Real Impact Analytics (recently renamed Riaktr) and now Jetpack.AI. At Riaktr, I have successively developed the first prototypes of data mining solutions, created and led the Engineering departement, before handing it over when it had become a team of 30 developers, and finally launched the Research and Development department.
