Having spent over 30 years working in financial and business fields with a variety of government, civilian and non-profit agencies, I’m well acquainted with the needs of organizations, big and small, and have developed numerous strategies to ensure their success. I am adept at overseeing operations, including program and financial management. My expertise enables me to lead in a variety of arenas including business consulting; legal work; contracting; legislative and policy. I have, over the years, served as the Executive Director of more than one non-profit and for profit business. I’ve served on city safety, budget and planning committees in our local municipalities and provided business directorial controls and consulting services in the areas of management, business, finance planning, & implementation in roles as Owner, Manager and Executive Director. I have assisted various companies (civilian, government and private sector) in Finance, Accounting, strategic planning, mentoring, training and development. I have been nominated several years in a row for business leader of the year award and received prestigious recognition from other reputable organizations, as well.I enjoy a diversity of background. I grew up in the agricultural world, with a dairy farming family in Oregon. I also study naturopathic medicine, nutrition, and herbology. I opened an Apothecary Market and currently run Nonprofit educational program in self-sufficiency for veterans and their families, we call Dunshire Ranch. I possess a history of success and work ethic that speaks for itself. I know how to obtain objectives and reach goals efficiently.
