Successfully implemented the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) within 2 agile teams, coaching and mentoring them to strengthen the teams abilities and encouraging them towards continuous improvement. Facilitated key ceremonies within the team such as Iteration Planning, Review, and Retrospective, as well as collaborated with the Release Train Engineer for the PI Planning & Inspect and Adapt. - Maintaining and controlling project timelines & scope leading to the successful launch of 8 websites.- Project Manager on the project to build the SAP, Marketing Cloud, Analytics, & Middleware components for a new website that did not have the usual IT systems built.
