Hey I'm Gav,I’ve spent the last decade in the music industry (artist, manager, educator, founder). Over that period I’ve toured Australia with the likes of Rufus Du Sol and Ballpark Music, worked on records that have been streamed more than 50 million times, started a label that had a released sampled by Grammy Nominated artists PARTYNEXTDOOR and launched a platform called Your Favourite Team that was educating the next generation of creators in the music industry.I co-founded Loose Change with LA based management company Vitalic Noise (Bag Raiders, Hermitude, Miami Horror) a community for songwriters and producers.I moved into tech/startups where I built new communities from the ground up at Innovation Bay and Ennovate (Entain). The parallels between life as early stage founders and those of artists, has allowed me to build strong relationships with founders and the wider ecosystem.
