Fostride is a forward-thinking startup founded by Gavi Kothari, driven by a dual commitment to technology and environmental sustainability. With a focus on innovative waste management, Fostride leverages AI-powered solutions to transform waste into valuable resources. Part One of the project specializes in advanced waste segregation, efficiently categorizing waste into different types, laying the foundation for effective waste management. It ensures that each type of waste, whether wet, dry, or otherwise, is properly sorted for optimal processing.In parallel, Part Two of Fostride's mission focuses on the ingenious conversion of each category of waste into valuable products. Wet waste is transformed into nutrient-rich compost and renewable biogas, reducing environmental impact and providing sustainable alternatives. Meanwhile, dry waste is converted into electricity and other useful materials, effectively reducing landfill waste and promoting circular economy practices. Fostride's holistic approach to waste management not only contributes to a greener planet but also inspires a new generation of innovators. We aim to make STEM fields accessible and engaging for all, fostering a cleaner and brighter future for everyone.

I was privileged to work under the esteemed guidance of Professor Jack Mostow on the revolutionary "Robotutor" project. As a key contributor to this open-source Android tablet app, I am devoted to enabling young learners (ages 7-10) with limited school access to acquire vital reading, writing, and arithmetic skills independently. Embracing new challenges each day, I am enhancing my expertise in app development, AI, data management and educational psychology, while striving to create a positive impact on global education.

I got accepted as an Innovation Fellow at the Crimson Youth Entrepreneurship Society’s cohort by the founding team of CYES among thousands of candidates, where I will develop a project of InnovationX over the course of the next three months with some of the brightest young minds in the world! I’m working to create a new platform by founding ‘InnovationX’ for innovative persons, which will enable a scientific environment for scientists where they can capture specific ideas on various topics & its main goal is to connect similar-minded people who contain the same mindsets. My commitment is to connect with like-minded peers to gift innovations to make people's life easier. The Crimson Youth Entrepreneurship Society is a startup and nonprofit accelerator run by Harvard University students dedicated to helping young founders create meaningful impacts in their communities and beyond. I’ll have the opportunity to interface with Harvard students, students at other elite institutions, professors, Forbes 30 Under 30 members, entrepreneurs, businessmen, and government leaders in my time at the cohort.
