Management of MFA Visiting Tutor System: Research leading contributors to contemporary art locally and internationally and recommend them based on students’ creative and academic concerns. Invite and coordinate bookings with visiting artist, curators, academics, critics, and students. Counselling and Mentorship: Attend, lead, and contribute to student-led painting crits. Provide guidance, advice, and critical feedback to individual students’ research and artistic concerns.Coordination and Administration: Track and adhere to tutorial quotas and five-figure budget. Liaise with practitioners and the Departmental Coordinator to complete Right to Work checks and payments on time. Monitoring and Reporting: Deliver a report to program directors summarizing feedback from visiting practitioners and students, including recommendations on how to implement and maintain long-term solutions and alternative approaches for the visiting tutor system. Propose alternatives on how the program can transform with the changing landscape of international contemporary art.

Communication and Outreach: Developed social media strategies and initiatives within the Outreach and Engagement Team. Created and drafted social media posts to be published on all internal and external Goldsmiths’ platforms. Implemented outreach processes to build and maintain relationships with local schools and colleges in the UK to support student intake targets.

Studio Coordinator – Levis’ Lot-1 – London, UK Administration and Coordination: Coordinated and administered the day-to-day operations of a bespoke made-to-measure tailoring shop specialising in denim garments as well as the end-to-end production of product development and client services. Developed an organised repository of current and past orders to track and preserve production statistics. Delivered statistical reports to Senior Management to support the implementation of new business strategies. Liaised with the Global Finance Team to ensure all purchase orders and expenses were approved and paid on time while overseeing the shipping and delivery of orders to international clients. Sourced suppliers for high end denim and fabric merchants (locally and internationally) to expand materials available to clients. Marketing: Contributed to working groups to develop new marketing strategies with the aim to grow and expand Lot-1 services and products in London. Collaborated with the four international Lot-1 shops to streamline and strategize marketing initiatives and client service. Provided support to internal PR initiatives including organising the delivery of Lot-1 services to executives at global fashion institutions, international publishing firms and to people of high influence (actors, artists, models, and musicians). Client Relationship Management: Served as the initial point of contact with clients, responding promptly to customer requests and inquiries. Coordinated with the Public Relations team to schedule high-end and VIP clients for social media and press initiatives.
