Babcock Airports provide automation and baggage handling solutions to both large and small airports including Heathrow, Gatwick, Birmingham and Glasgow recently.Babcock also supply warehousing solutions for companies such as Amazon and Parcelforce.I managed a team of up to 40 controls engineers working on a variety of projects across a number of airports. The main projects recently have been integrating new baggage x-ray machinery in the baggage halls within major airports. Two projects were worth over £25m each.

Endoline Machinery Ltd design and manufacture end of line packaging solutions.I led a team of 7 engineers of different skillsets including controls/electrical and mechanical engineers producing designs for both standard and bespoke box erecting, packing and box sealing equipment.Whilst at Endoline we incorporated a 6-axis robot into a packing cell, which I programmed, installed and commissioned at Nairns.

These included locks, stays and spring balances which were used on a variety of window types.
