• Responsible for total branch performance in accordance with company policies and procedures. • Execute the branch business plan. • Plan, implement and manage areas of responsibility to facilitate continues improvements and personal growth while supporting company goals, mission and vision. • Provides sound leadership to the branch. • Manage five key functions of the branch- Health and safety- Human Resource- Sales- Maintenance- Finance• Assess local market conditions, identify current and prospective sales opportunities and develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans for the branch.• Oversee branch Financial Management• Communicate effectively with other branches and senior managers by sharing information on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs.• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.• Cooperate fully with the credit department in extending and enforcing credit policy.• Manage the branch honestly, follow high ethical standards, and comply with government regulations.• Ensure the safekeeping of company assests, including structures, equipment, inventory and cash.• Maintain and enforce personnel policy.• Evaluate regularly the effectiveness of the branch operations, to see that polices are being observes and that are being attained.• Achieve the profitability goals/objectives of the branch and company.• Increase personal knowledge and expertise in business, appropriate technology etc.• Follow company policies and procedures.• Doing site inspections, risk assessments ad job observations.• Bedding in of mobile cranes.• Cold calling.
