Casual research assistance to Assoc Prof David Ciccoricco for Humanities DigitalHub development work. The main duty of the position is to conduct data collection and analysis of the Aotearoa Digital Arts Network online archive and compare the archive to analogous international collections, such as the Electronic Literature Directory, in an effort to facilitate best practice.

This role involves administrative, secretarial, clerical and other administrative tasks. Duties may include processing mail, filing, data entry, proof-reading, maintaining records, photocopying, word processing, stocktaking, answering telephone calls and responding to inquiries. Greets clients and visitors, and responds to personal, telephone, email and written inquiries and requests.

Perform administrative tasks in support of a manager such as liaising with other staff; drafting and preparing documents; maintaining appointment diaries; making travel arrangements; processing mail, taking minutes, filing correspondence and maintaining formal records.
