I've served in managerial, mid-level supervisorial, and plenty of introductory positions. One of the main takeaways I've gained from my diverse experience is an understanding that I excel with a bit of autonomy. Giving me some freedom with my work would allow me to provide you with a masterpiece.4. I admit and learn from my mistakes. Everyone makes them, but in my case, I rarely make one a second time.
