Large Projects Team • Completed the day to day management tasks associated with the final stage of a three-year steel beam intumescent project.• Estimated out-of-scope work accurately for company costs and client billing.• Assessed current state and quality of intumescent application with attention to detail.

Designed braze fixtures for manufactured assemblies which increased operator safety, decreased cycle time by approximately 300%, and saved the company an estimated $20,000 on outsourced fixture design costs.Improved the usefulness and safety of fixture and cart designs by consulting with operators, engineers, and fabricators for design reviews and feedback.Validated designs by use of material strength analyses prior to fixture/cart fabrication.Launched a new product to the manufacturing line as part of a multidisciplinary team project by assisting in manufacturing readiness and supporting phase/gate deliverables.Led phases of full cycle recruiting for incoming co-ops in order to prepare the team for my departure.
