Gavin Baker owner of Core Dominance a Consultancy and Training organisation established in 2006. Gavin spent 22 years in the Australian Army before moving into the civilian sector as a manager of business operations and human resources. He has operational experience in a wide range of climatic, cultural and threat environments in Africa, the Baltics’ and the Pacific and has effectively operated with Foreign Special Forces, international corporations, the United Nations and foreign governments.Gavin has extensive experience in the development and delivery of robust management frameworks and leadership training, crisis and emergency management plans and training delivery. He achieves this through leading by example and displaying initiative and drive. He is flexible and able to adapt to changing situations and emergencies. He can readily interpret and apply policy, procedures and instructions and put forward change mechanisms for enhanced outputs.
