I setup Namaranet Ltd to launch The Lead platform software as a service. This web application was developed from scratch for a client and then expanded turning into a full flown product that could be customised depending the client requirements. It's designed for any business that generates leads and needs to distribute them automatically based on rules. It's also perfect for companies who receive leads from multiple sources and need to deliver them to the correct team, again based on predefined rules.The lead platform has been sold into Legal & General, The Ark and Property Price Advice.

Bristol

Initially employed as a developer to look after a financial website that generated and sold leads onto financial institutions. I designed and built the initial Leadbay lead exchange application, which was designed to solve our own problem of having a consistent platform to sell leads into and clearly see what the demand for leads was.The Leadbay lead exchange took off and became the industry leader within 6 months. The company became a fast paced tech startup on an upward trajectory, growing from 5 people to over 40 within a few years. It was listed on the Tech Fast Track 100 index.As the company grew I moved more into Technical manager role, looking after the internal technical projects and being a vital link between the business and technical teams, with an overview of where the business was going and the technical project we had planned. Keeping a calm head when balancing the business needs and the structured pace of technical development was fun and challenging at the same time.

The company was started in partnership with three other colleagues to take advantage of the opportunity of building and managing Intranets for Architects and Engineers. Intranets where the buzzword and every company was looking to install one. From my experience with Broadway Malyan, we had a very good idea of the type of functions Architects and Engineers required in their Intranet, this gave us a Unique Selling Point when pitching to themDesigned and built a process quality assurance application for Broadway Malyan. All their architecture projects where required to go through and complete the process, so the company had an overview of each stage of every project currently running. They could view compliance steps that had been completed and due to be completed, also providing transparency for clients, able to see exactly at what stage their project was at.
