About Gavin Bartlett

Having started my career in Agriculture I worked on farms in Surrey , Devon and Berkshire before ending up working for an Agricultural Contractor carrying out mainly grass and maize silage operations ,muckspreading , baling and other contract works . During my employment with Shorts Agricultural I ended up setting up and managing a green waste composting facility successfully recycling local council green waste into a PAS 100 compost . In January 2019 I started work for J . Mould Reading as a Transfer station supervisor / machine operator working with their brand new facility . I am currently Biomass production supervisor at J. Mould Reading operating a Peterson Pacific 2710 D Shredder processing A and C grade wood for power stations and also green waste and oversize timbers and roots .
