The Retail Apparel division’s EBITDA at the time was $12m, so this was a substantial contribution.• Project-managed the acquisition of Silhouette, a retail fashion brand with 60 stores and a warehouse, completing the entire process within 4 weeks.• Initiated a loss prevention program and trained over 1,100 store managers and staff in loss prevention techniques. This resulted in the best stocktake in SFH’s history, leading to a profit write-back of $1.55m in June 2003. A similar write-back was made in June 2004.
