Astro is Malaysia’s leading content and entertainment company, serving 5.5 million homes across its TV, radio, digital and commerce platforms.My role was to both oversee the delivery of end-to-end HR services to 5,000 employees along with supporting the digital transformation of the business through a range of talent strategies. I was also responsible for Property & Services and Security functions.

Developing and delivering an inclusive group talent strategy that will ensure Sky has the organisational strength and flexibility needed to grow into the world's number one customer-led entertainment and communications company.

I had the end-to-end responsibility for creating and implementing leadership and cultural change programmes across the Customer Services Group of Sky so our 12,000 staff feel more supported, valued and inspired. In this role I worked closely with business leaders and teams in HR, Centres of Excellence and external providers to ensure that all our people (ranging from field based engineers and retail staff through to large scale contact centres and professional support functions) have the same experience. This alignment is crucial to the ongoing development of the culture.

As part of a small team we were responsible for transforming how the top 500 leaders were developed at Sky through the creation of unique world class development experiences. Now 3 years in leadership behaviour and performance has been transformed and their is a common language around the expectations of our leaders.

Optus is a leading triple-play (Internet, Telecommunications & TV) provider in Australia and part of the Singtel Group which is Asia's leading Media company and the worlds 2nd largest telco. I was responsible for the end-to end capability needs for the B2B arm of Optus. Working internationally with colleagues in Singapore I developed a comprehensive strategy based around Professional, Technical and Leadership needs of the business which had 2,500 staff.
