• Responsibility for managing the settlement data performance and half hourly data collection for 8 electricity supplier accounts, ensuring all accounts meet the industry requirements for data completeness, hitting set milestones throughout the rolling settlement period in line with the balancing and settlement code of practice, these suppliers include key customers such as British Gas and Total Gas and Power, as well as several independent suppliers• Manage the delivery and creation of daily, weekly and monthly reports• Ensure service is delivered within contracted deadlines• Work closely with the CRM’s and suppliers to resolve complaints and issues raised by the customers.• Manage departmental mailboxes and processes making sure we stay within the contractual and non-contractual defined SLA’s• Running installation and comms fix projects from failed meter adoptions, PMC installations and portfolio fault management • Delivering detailed supplier performance plans and hosting customer meetings and conference calls highlighting ways to improve performance and ways to improve the overall service.• Support suppliers with EFR planning and milestones.• Perform risk analysis on issues effecting performance and work with stakeholders internally and externally to resolve these issues.

Including EON, EDF Energy, Scottish Power and Thames Water• In addition direct responsibility and operational ownership of 3 small suppliers that were new entries into the electricity market guiding them through the market offering insight and guidance.• Proactive management of supplier and customer portfolios with a diverse range of volumes and agreements, including settlement services such as Half Hourly and Non Half Hourly data collection and metering installations and non-settlement services such as sub-metering data and installations and water data collection and data logging.• Acting as single point of contact for all supplier and customer accounts under my stewardship, providing a customer facing link into IMServ for any formal escalations. Providing industry and agent advice, especially to the newer market entrants and direct end-user customers.• Monitoring and reporting each supplier and customer’s operational performance, to provide feedback to the commercial team, account managers and/or commercial director.• Project management for metering installation programmes with key customers and suppliers, managing key stakeholders in the business operational performance ensuring key milestones were hit and the programmes are in line with pricing and contractual obligations.• Organising and attending regular supplier meetings and conference calls to ensure a high level of customer engagement while also, promoting IMServ core services.
