Maltaward (Barriers) are an airside passed (Gatwick & Heathrow) civil engineering contractor with a security division, that supply various types of concrete barrier ranging from 500KGs to 5050KGs. My role is to create new business within “security” / VOID property protection (concrete barriers, CCTV, Traveller Eviction etc). My role incorporates account management, account development, new business, operations and service delivery within the Airports, Construction, Highways, Commercial Agents, Local Authority and Security business areas. A real 360 degree role, from identifying new clients, gathering business requirements, site visits & provision of site specific quotation, quote (Hire / Sale) & organise delivery with our own vehicles & operatives or with the support from an approved list of external haulage contractors.I have successfully Identified and created a prospective client contact list from scratch, created direct targeted marketing campaigns & followed up regarding the provision of examples of appropriate products / services available. Photograph product range and created product sheets.Liaise with Web Design Agency and lead updates / changes to company website. Designed and created Void Property Protection service sheet / SLA with national commercial agent. Interfaced with manufacturers to created additional “value add” TVCB “bolt on” products to further aid the securing of VOID property. Interfaced with manufacturer regarding the supply of Airside specification road plates and unique safety lifting device.
