About Gavin Blackman

I am a qualified Hypnotherapist based in Winchester. I work with individual private clients to help them overcome challenges in their Lives. Hypnotherapy is very versatile and can help with a broad spectrum of issues, for example: general wellbeing, anxiety, phobias, low self-esteem, sleep hygiene, performance (sports, exams), weight management…the list is endless! I also incorporate hypnotherapy in team building exercises for organisations and to support the organisation’s wellbeing and mental health initiatives either individually or collectively. I volunteer one day a week at the Macmillan Centre at Southampton Hospital working alongside other therapists to provide support to patients and their friends and families. Hypnotherapy is the most natural therapy around and the beauty of it is that Hypnotherapy works just as effectively if conducted in person or virtually.
