I have been the Senior Execution Manager for the last 3 Big Banking Integration Programmes for RBS over the last 4 years.I am currently the Deputy Programme Execution Manager for ABN Amro Separation. I was responsible for the following:1.Overseeing the creation of a target environment.2.Execution of the Migration/Conversion Software3.Planning the dress rehearsals and proving cycles that followed.4.Oversee the command and control planning for dress rehearsal.5.Lead the Dress Rehearsal as the Senior Execution Manager for all Dress Rehearsal's and the go live weekend itself.The ABN Separation was successfully achieved in July 2009.Following the success of the above I am now managing migrations from other locally based ABN systems in Luxembourg, Zurich and Belgium.Luxembourg was successfully completed on 1st Nov 2009.Zurich was successfully completed on 29th August 2010.I am currently working on the Switzerland Migration.I have also provided consultancy on the First Active Migration to Ulster Bank during December 2009.
