I am a confident and highly committed employee with excellent communication skills, dealing effectively with all clients, correspondents and other departments. I have good organisational skills, completing all tasks within set and demanding timescales and often working under significant pressure. I have been with Raymond James since 2004, initially joining as an operations administrator before becoming a team leader and then joining the dealing team in 2010. Dealing in Equities, Investment Trusts, ETFs, overseas equities, collectives & structured products via Phone, fax and electronic trading systems such as Netbuilder, Proquote, Bloomberg, EMX, Calastone, WinTrader and Verto. Ensuring all deals are placed in a timely manner, in line with best execution policy and meeting service level agreements. Outside of the office I love spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy seeing the world and experiencing new cultures but only two weeks at a time, I can’t be away from London for too long before I begin to miss it. I enjoy charity work and often organise events to raise money for the causes closest to my heart. Other keen interests include playing golf, following football and photography.
