Current• As a progression from my extensive commercial experience of the Heineken pub business, which is evidenced through previous roles, I have been responsible for the following SP&B specific project achievements:o Leading the implementation of a new £5m finance systems for SP&B.o Reviewing core finance processes, identifying and implementing improvements to drive efficiencies.o Establishing governance and control across processes.o Improving the quality of management information.o Introducing standardised Heineken reporting for SP&B.o Corporate and system restructure of a stand-alone business into Heineken.• Financial processing and reporting has moved to a shared service location and I have played a pivotal role in this successful transition.o Monitoring month-end processes for Heineken UK after the transition to Krakow to review performance, identified process improvements so allowing period-end close in one a half days.o Facilitating Group reporting for month-end, quarterly forecasts and budgets for Heineken UK to Amsterdam.o Recommended balance sheet review matrix process to be implemented in shared service centre.o Manage Heineken UK budget process.
