I really enjoy learning, and I especially love when you have learned something new and you get to put it into practice. The thrill of changing habits and owning the choices I make to create the reality I want to be a part of, is my reason for becoming a trainer. Everyone lives doing daily habits. Whether it is the way you get to work, or the way I operate at work, or the way you communicate with partners, friends or work colleagues, we live our life in habits. We may have created them by our self, or perhaps picked elements up from others which is sometimes seen as best practice, where ever they came from our habits are our choice. When they benefit us, then that is great both at work and life. It is when the habits do not benefit us that I am interested in exploring what options we have for change. Getting people to own their actions and choices, then decide the best way forward is my mission at work and also in life. The person that has to deal with the consequences of poor habits is ourselves, so making sure we are looking for the best possible activities to get the best outcome, is the habit I want to create myself and help others create for themselves too. I have had the pleasure of working with both large and small companies, helping their people to engage in their life to make choices that benefit not only them self, but also everyone they work with, and it has been incredibly rewarding. I know everyone has their journey, and I think mine is to help people own theirs by choosing their story, and not be a passenger. As Carl Jung says ‘Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate’.
