Working within the Data Science Team, my role is leading the delivery of CACI's larger Data Science projects. Key responsibilities included:- Supporting the sales team throughout the pre-sales process to map requirements and to tailor our solutions to the need of the customer. - Leading the delivery of our major analytical projects by working closely with Experian analysts and the client to meet and exceed client expectations. - Leading the Analytics North team by assigning work and providing on-going support. I worked closely with the Head of Analytics to plan and implement development opportunities for the team to ensure they continued to learn and be motivated.- Other notable highlights include presenting to over 100 companies during lockdown on ‘Understanding your customers in a Covid world’, winning Experian’s quarterly achievement award in my first 6 months with the company, and achieving 200% of my New Business target and qualifying for the Experian Asia-Pacific annual Sales Conference held in Thailand.
