    Gate Healthcare began by identifying The McCartney Tube as a product that had poor focus under the Covidien/Tyco brand. Meeting Prof. Tony McCartney at a GYN conference bought opportunity and motivation together. After lengthy discussions and planning, my new company Gate Healthcare was given the opportunity to re-launch the McCartney Tube world wide. Manufacturing security along with new marketing strategies were implemented. Success around the world was achieved via new distribution training, workshops for clinicians as well as local focus in Australia via conference and training workshops. Gate Healthcare took the McCartney Tube from a small low focus product to a large turn over world wide known product prior to my departure. After Tony's death in 2011 (R.I.P), selling Gate Healthcare I began the GRC Surgical concept and focus for Woman's Health. Tony and his values on "focus on doing good work through good values" will be carried into GRC!
