Since 2013, I have worked to make Delta Eight Pharms Canada's premiere medical marijuana consultancy for compliance and licensing. As cannabis consultants and educators to Health Canada Licensed Producers, government and business, Delta Eight is helping blaze a new trail by collaborating with others to produce cannabis based medicines and help shape public and private policy.As Managing Director, I have a deep understanding of cannabis and the developing industry in Canada as well as internationally. This includes the many beneficial properties of cannabis chemistry, their medical applications as well the legal framework regulating it in Canada.I have been a medical cannabis patient for more than twenty-five years and have been researching various aspects of medical cannabis use for most of that time. As Managing Director of Delta Eight Pharmaceuticals, I am involved in research and development work in medical and recreational cannabis. Through Delta Eight, I have worked as an expert Cannabis consultant to licensed producers in Canada like Newstrike Brands/Up Cannabis and lead Medz Cannabis Inc. to the awarding of cultivation, processing and sales licences from Health Canada in 2019 for medical Cannabis.Additionally, I am a public speaker and educator on the subject of cannabis chemistry including endocannabinoids and phytocannabinoids as well as the underlying plant sciences. I also speak and educate on the legislation governing cannabis and it's use around the world. Currently, I perform lectures and workshops through the North American College of Pharmaceutical Technology in Toronto.I am a patient, educator, researcher, industry consultant and legally licensed MMAR grower. I also bring to this industry considerable expertise in business development, marketing, sales and product development from the dot-com and IT industries where I previously worked.
