My success has been based on my ability to build and maintain both internal and external relationships and measuring the success by introducing relevant KPI’s to achieve agreed OLA’s and SLA’s As a strong leader with a desire to motivate, empower and mentor others. I have a proven track record of building efficient and effective teams.
