* Conducted Quality Control tests for five (5) key product sections, including Raw Material assessment, Wet Chemistry testing, Grains, Cake and Pastry and Product development/Sales team* Completed random Raw Material tests to ensure all products used prior to production comply with company standards and specifications* Assessed finished product quality of the Bread Improver range by conducting Ascorbic Acid tests, Titration and Salt analysis tests and Spot Checks* Evaluated tests results for Cakes, Sponges, Donuts, Pikelets and Custard products to confirm that volumes, texture and colour are within company standards.
