CUSTOMER SERVICE- Responsible for all Ticketmaster platinum bookings, a premium Ticketmaster service.- Responsible for the main print run & dispatch of tickets.- Responsible for contacting customers & clients using appropriate methods (phone/email/SMS/post/social media).- Responsible for the preparation of box office collections.- Responsible for managing, replenishing and accounting for all ticket stock and related supplies.- Dealing with high volumes of calls and emails, both queries & complaints, from customers in a fast-paced and high pressure environment.- Liaising with venue managers & clients in a professional and appropriate manner on a daily basis.- Liaising with other departments as appropriate (senior management, marketing, event programming and finance teams). OUTLETS- Ensuring outlets are aware of all on-sale schedules.- Ensuring outlets are following TM refund policies.- Implementing excellent communication strategies between the CS team and outlets.- Monitoring all aspects of outlet ticket stock and marketing materials.
