Tap Yard Assistant Manager - Supporting day-to-day running of Siren Craft Brew's Brewery Tap Yard.

Part of a Team of Minibus drivers required to transport Aircrew, Ground Crew, Visitors and selected VIP's around the an active Military airfield.

Working solo shifts as Duty Manager in this 8 Keg line & 2 Cask line craft beer bar. Duties involve open/close, cash-up, bar service, technical troubleshooting and customer escalation.Working alongside bar management to provision tap takeover/meet the brewer/beer tasting events.Retained as part of the team to work ad-hoc shifts/events alongside permanent position at A Hoppy Place.

Responsible for defining stock orders & requirements for Back of House operations based on service flow and ensuring products are served in the best quality.Directly selecting & ordering all draft beer products & sundries with wholesalers and local suppliers to fulfil the Bars requirements for upcoming service. Responsible for operational liaison with the Events & Social Media GM/Management to plan technical setups for tap takeovers/meet the brewer/seasonal events and ensure appropriate level of communications have been published for each event.Troubleshooting technical issues with drinks service, specialising in Cask service using CaskWidge vertical serve & Flowjets.Responsible for redesigning a 14 line Keg tapwall & 4 Cask lines by defining a fixed beer style for each line, ensuring a constant variety of styles available to serve and higher customer satisfaction.Representation for the bar at Pubwatch police liaison meetings.Continuation of Front of House bar duties as part of the overall team, managing junior team members and customer escalations.

Assisting the GM Ops Manager with Back Of House technical duties and troubleshooting.Assisting in defining products that would fit in with the ethics of the bar and sell well to the customer base.Front of House bar duties covering Cask hand-pull real ales, direct draw craft Keg beer, Bag in Box cider, small pack & wines/spirits/soft drinks.Production of hand-made pizza's & bar snacks at the Windsor site.Managing & representing the company with Keg beer bar provision at SWM CAMRA's Maidenhead beer festival.

Maintenance Control duties for Continental Airlines DC10-10, DC10-30, B747-100 & B747-200 C Checks, D Checks and Internal refit/rebranding
