My role involves administering all passenger car warranty claims to a high standard of accuracy and efficiency, as well as ensuring all associated reconciliations, invoicing and reporting are completed appropriately. As a result, I have made improvements to the process resulting in significant increases in productivity and reductions in rejection rates. I also play a key role in ensuring all relevant stakeholders are kept informed of all work in progress so workflow targets can be suitably managed.
