Current• National BILS Inventory Category Management• National Supplier Agreements for Category• National Inventory Performance & Profitability• Analyse performance of the Product range and maintain change for optimum outcomes.• Maintain and broaden range of Inventory with focus on new innovative products, whilst also managing exit strategies of de-ranged• Create plans & processes around Slow/Dead stock management. Communicate with key stakeholders, and implement planned changes required.• National BILS Product Ranging in 57 Gyprock Trade Centres• National BILS Category Market pricing strategy.• Create and execute with key stakeholders National Category Promotional activity• Liaise and negotiate with vendors regarding new products, pricing, and promotional deals.• Manage in conjunction with Master Data Team all Material Price Group discount scheduling relevant to my Category• Liaise with State Inventory teams in regards to Purchasing Bulk Buy Opportunities, Promotions etc. • • Liaise with Store Managers in regard to stock allocations and in store promotion.• Manage a Buying Group Nationally / (Gyprock Specialist Distributors)• Manage Negotiations & Supplier Agreements on behalf of Buying group members to return beneficial financial outcomes from the Category.
