My Key responsibilities were developing relationships with our key customers, providing timely quotes, processing orders and chasing up leads from outstanding quotes. I have over 19 years of customer service experience across multiple sectors, I was a Claims Handler at DAS UK Group, one of the leading legal expenses insurers in the UK. In that rolle, I handled complex legal insurance claims for consumers and businesses alike, using my legal knowledge, communication, problem solving, and time management skills to resolve disputes and provide excellent customer service to our policyholders. I also used various in-house programmes and Microsoft Office suite to input data, communicate with staff, and manage a very large case load. I am looking for a new challenge within the office-based environment to further expand my skills and take my career to the next level.
