The below highlights the key requirements of what was needed to become successful- Daily KPIS for quality, cost and service to ensure the operation supports the needs of the business- Leadership to help drive a department of up to 1,000 people to deliver success- Project management to help deliver business objectives across a wide range of areas- Constant development of both people and processes to ensure the operation drives forward with the business- Ensuring that legal compliance is upheld to the required standards and delivering an ER qualified fleet- Presenting key department objectives to the wider business

Responsible for all linehaul movements throughout the UK. Ranging from depot to depot Movements through to key customer operations to ensure the on time delivery of volume throughout the UK.Key management of KPI’s covering a range of service and operational requirements.
