Main Responsibilities:• Maintaining Creditors and Debtors Ledger• Preparation of Audit File and liaising with External Auditors• Completion of monthly Bank Reconciliations• Raising account receivable invoices in accordance with tenant contracts• Preparation of VAT and PAYE returns for submission to revenue • Debt Collection from tenants• Other Ad Hoc Duties

Main Responsibilities:● Assisting the Financial Accountant in order to meet strict month end deadlines● Completion of bank account reconciliations and posting related journals to the general ledger● Control and reconciliation of Petty Cash● General ledger entry including accruals and prepayments● Raising account receivable invoices and preparing fee invoices for payment● Maintaining Creditors and Debtors Ledgers● Maintaining and reconciling management fee database● Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register● Monthly Client Asset Reconciliations in accordance with the Central Bank Regulations● Assisting in Central Bank Reporting● Preparation of Audit File and liaising with External Auditors● Preparation of VAT and PAYE returns for submission to revenue ● Other Ad Hoc duties
