• Tasked with the successful set up and development of a brand new initiative and team within Dell Relationship Business Sales, with the aim of driving incremental revenue and margin, expanding the company’s product.
• Development of new client relationships and subsequent ongoing management of a corporate account base of over 1000 clients.
• Sourcing and developing relationships with new suppliers to add to the software & peripherals product portfolio.

• Profiling and successful development of large-scale executive deals throughout the sales cycle, to final stage closing and contracts.
• Managing a team of 10 individuals in a hunt-group scenario to overachieve on monthly/quarterly targets.
• Particular emphasis on coaching and training in areas of up-selling/product knowledge and profiling.

• Assisting the team leader in the day-to-day management of the team and metric attainment.
• Training of new-hires in all areas of sales, delegating and assigning responsibilities to specific team members.
• Over-achieving my own individual sales target in addition to fielding customer issues for the team.

• Member of the management team, tasked with the successful opening and launch of an Irish themed, 5-Star restaurant, built in the prestigious Chelsea Football Club complex. Assisted with the fit-out of the restaurant.
• Maximising restaurant sales by targeting specific customer bases with relevant seasonal promotions, developing loyalty initiatives for regular customers, ensuring high standards and levels of customer satisfaction were.
• Ongoing management and development of the restaurant and staff.

• Responsible for the smooth running of the Front Office, Reception, Concierge and Food & Beverage departments, managing and developing teams in excess of 30 people, ensuring training and development needs for all staff.
• Leading and developing initiatives to ensure cross-selling of hotel services, maximising guest spend.
• Responsible for guest relations, maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction across all departments.

• Working within the front office department, of this prestigious 5-star international hotel, responsible for the efficient and smooth running of the hotel reception, managing, coaching and mentoring a team of nine.
