- Leading and managing the end-to-end learning experience design and development process with internal stakeholders for key projects across the Process Solutions organisation- Working closely with consultants to identify learning needs to inform design outcomes and the impact evaluations implemented- Utilising innovative learning approaches (e.g., simulations, scenarios, collaborative activities, AR/VR) to bring about impactful behavioural change

Working as part of a global Education & Development team to design and create engaging and customised digital learning solutions for commercial teams and customers within the biopharma space. Leveraging creativity, applying adult learning principles and working closely with Subject Matter Experts to create innovative industry-leading learning experiences.

• Acting as a digital learning subject matter expert to advise, design and create engaging blended learning solutions to meet the needs of global clients• Attending client meetings to understand their blended learning objectives and requirements - including cultural sensitivities and language requirements• Project managing the ADDIE instructional design process by analysing the learning needs of clients, presenting and recommending options and designing and developing engaging blended learning interventions using a variety of authoring tools and software•Creating digital modules for blended learning using advanced skills in e-learning authoring software (Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise) • Adding creativity, complex interactions and meaningful feedback to learners using extensive programming enhancements (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)• Creating bitesize learning videos and animations, with professional voiceovers, using advanced editing skills in Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop• Responsible for initiating, managing and developing the company LMS (Moodle); this includes the development of bespoke courses and visual themes for internal and client use

I was responsible for developing the use of learning technologies across the charity. In particular, the role involved significant e-learning development using Articulate Storyline 2 and 360 to support the needs of internal staff members and with a view to market externally. Moreover, this work relied on advanced knowledge and skills in relation to the Moodle LMS.

This was a position with a variety of roles with the following major functions: designing and developing e-learning courses for the charity using a variety of authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, maintaining the charity's E-Learning Zone using the Moodle LMS, delivering mandatory and developmental training to staff members in the North of England, arranging internal and external learning and development activities and budget tracking and forecasting.
