I am Gavin Eaker and currently employed at H&R Industrial. I have been employed there since I graduated high school in 2020. I am currently a full-time student at Indiana University of Kokomo, studying Business and Marketing. I am a hard working full-time college student who also gets up at 5:30 A.M. every morning for my part-time job. I always try my best to show up to work with a positive mindset and outlook on any situation that occurs during the workday and week. Some things I value in the workplace are Respect, Leadership, Accountability, Positive Mindsets, and Honesty of Superiors. These are all qualities of a positive work environment and mindset.
