Working to NEC 3 this is a multi Civil's and Building's discipline project in four phases that provides five buildings, all infrastructure, highway access, office spaces, SuDS schemes and M&E works delivered within the eighteen month scheme. Recently completed projects include the multi million pound brewery expansion within Budweiser and Stella Artois, involving multi discipline civils construction of bottling, packaging, fermentation and storage halls. The £17.5million two phase brownfield development of an industrial area in Barnstaple, North Devon. Phase 1 of the project includes construction of new Section 278 access road, sewer diversions, flood defence earthworks and reinforced concrete retaining walls with earthworks land raise and surcharge process. Phase 2 being further infrastructure works to the whole development, with major S185 sewer diversion, extension of access road and the construction of seven retail units to shell and core.Previous completed projects projects include the construction of a new £2.5 million lifeboat station and slipway for the RNLI in Portishead within the river Severn estuary tidal range and a seven million two story reinforced concrete frame basement building within the University of Bath, part of the school of management faculty.Successful construction project delivery experience in various sectors; including design and build bridge construction for Associated British Ports in Newport and the Tube Authority, management of the construction of a cycle track connection river bridge over the River Wye for Sustrans while also managing waste water framework projects for Welsh Water Dwr Cymru and as sub contractor on the current Amp 5 framework.
