As Business Change practice lead I designed and delivered Mott MacDonald Change & Improvement techniques to a wide variety of Public and Private sector organisations. Success required a consultative, engaging and collaborative approach with Senior leaders both within our client base and across the MM organisation. Key role responsibilities included; leading delivery of change management programmes, project activities, benefits management and deliverables for client engagements; account management, response to proposals and writing of bids; design and development of change methodologies, Benefit realisation frameworks, communication plans, training plans and change management products; and the development/growth of both internal (MM) staff and customer capability by delivering training and coaching plans, in change management strategy, products and approaches.

Providing efficient competitive and quality electronic document outsource services to major blue chip clients required total focus, commitment and agility to balance increasing customer expectations via a large multi-functional/skilled delivery team. Key to success of this fully accountable role was a consultative approach to anticipate evolving customer requirements by developing innovative systems and processes that improved their functions and services whilsit leading the organizational teams through a learning programmes of staff engagement, empowerment and business improvement practices.
