Inventory management and quality control. Performing cycle counts, identifying and solving discrepancies, and ensuring the proper storage, tracking, and overall fulfillment of goods for businesses’ e-commerce operations.

I helped open and still currently run a surf shop in Brigantine, New Jersey. Customer service is a daily necessity, however the primary function of my job is handling incoming inventory for the store: creating custom matrices related to styles, colors, sizes and other aspects of the products being input, entering relevant MSRP and default cost information, and double-checking that entered goods scan correctly.

Showing the Psycho Tuna clothing line to potential clients; mainly surf shops throughout the Northeastern U.S. Requires knowledge of the brand and relevant history, clothing materials, wholesale minimum requirements, IMU margins, and off-season discounts.

Supervised all front-of-house activities: expediting, service, catering and party setup, restock runs, closing down registers, and locking up at night. Any customer questions or issues were my responsibility during shifts.

Handled organization and display setup of the Hurley brand seasonal clothing lines. Occasionally handled communications with and direct mailings to retailers.

In charge of looking after a bunk of 8-15 kids (10-15 years of age) both during activity hours and overnight. My job in the circus department was mainly spotting children while practicing or performing, however I had some creative input with routines. Outside of the circus department, I took my specific bunk to and from both meal times and nighttime activities.
