• Lead, motivate, support and manage a large frontline customer-facing department.• Develop the people management related competencies and capabilities of Client Management Team Leaders through training, mentoring and coaching.• Ensure that all of our clients’ tax compliance obligations are met on time, all of the time.• Ensure that the service delivered is one that our customers love, is aligned with our brand, is fit for purpose and is commercially successful.• Define and drive a vision and strategy for the Client Management Department.• Provide oversight, support and direction – ensuring the Department has the skills, training, direction,feedback and support to grow and be effective in their roles• Continuously liaise with different teams across the business to ensure we are aligned about creating the best, end-to-end experience for our clients and partners.• Liaise with Operational Excellence and Tech teams to seek and deliver improvement initiatives withoutdisruption to Business As Usual (BAU).• Monitor, plan, forecast and manage resource and budget for the Department.• Monitor, measure and report on the effectiveness and efficiency of the Department.• Be an active leader in an ambitious, goal oriented company, creating a brighter future for the businesses and lives of our clients.
