- Lead, motivate, support and manage a large frontline customer-facing department.
- Develop the people management related competencies and capabilities of Client Management Team Leaders through training, mentoring and coaching.
- Ensure that all of our clients’ tax compliance obligations are met on time, all of the time.
- Ensure that the service delivered is one that our customers love, is aligned with our brand, is fit for purpose and is commercially successful.
- Define and drive a vision and strategy for the Client Management Department.
- Provide oversight, support and direction – ensuring the Department has the skills, training, direction,feedback and support to grow and be effective in their roles
