I currently am enrolled in the Conestoga College, Human Services Foundation program and this program gives me a certificate. In the fall of 2022, I will be attending Fanshawe for their Business Human Resources Management and at the end of this course, I will receive a Diploma. I am pursuing a career in this field because I want to ensure that a company and the workers are receiving the best experience I can facilitate.Career Goals: Become a proficient worker in the field of Human Resources. Gain a vast knowledge of the field. Lastly, to make my workplace a safer and more welcoming environment.Personality: I am a reserved person when working alone but when I am in a group setting is when I am a bubbly and energetic worker, I have a great deal of empathy and sympathy and I am confident in leadership roles.Personal statement: I treat work the same as my personal life most of the time. In a work setting or a personal setting I am always asking for honesty, dependability, responsibility, hard work, and dedication. I expect those around me to be putting in just as much effort as I am and if I am not I expect the people surrounding me to tell me so I can fix it.
