When I first signed up for Student Works, I was an eager go-getter who couldn't organize his way out of a paper bag and found that I lost a lot of great opportunities because of it. This growth all comes down to the coaching I received from my own Business Coach, as well as being surrounded by so many like-minded young people. Especially in my early years, there were so many vets to look up to and incredible successes to be in awe of. One of the most rewarding experiences was growing into a vet who could help set the example for new operators and provide some advice about things I wished I had done better in my own business. As I return to operate my business for the 5th year, I am excited for the challenges, as well as the opportunities, that lay ahead.
