I am a Field Operations Team Leader within the Environment Agency, working as a CDM Contractor/Principal Contractor, creating CPPs and RAMs, and supervising construction/maintenance teams. I have experience as a Site Manager and as a Development Surveyor/Manager, predominantly in the Residential sector. My skill set allows me to understand and manage the development process from procurement and appointment of Consultants, Feasibility, Design, Planning Application and Building Regs submissions, through to Procurement of Subcontractor and Materials packages, and the efficient and safe Management of the build process.Given my broad range of experience, I’m well suited to working in an environment that requires a wide skill set, and an ability to quickly understand and resolve issues.
