Following the integration of SFW Ltd into the Civica Digital brand I was offered the role of Technology & Solutions Director for Civica Digital. This role involved the technology leadership across the whole of Civica Digital (at the time around 550 people worldwide).

Following the acquisition of SFW by Civica in July 2017, I worked on the successful integration of the company alongside WTG and IPL to form Civica Digital.

Worked as part of an executive team of three who run the company on behalf of the original founders and major stakeholders with responsibility for Technology, Finance and Corporate functions.The organisation was structured around four key Practices which covered the following areas:- Customer Relationship and Case Management (Dynamics CRM)- Content and Collaboration (Office 365)- Digital Engagement (Bespoke Open Source and Microsoft Development)- Public Sector Cloud (Cloud & Infrastructure)The team focused on delivering service offerings to the Public Sector which helped organisations deliver digital services. We put a heavy emphasis on User Research and Design to ensure the digital services we created met the needs of the end user.
